Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Adrienne has been pursuing all things creative since she was old enough to walk and talk. Bringing an authentic down to earth approach to everything she does, Adrienne loves finding ways to be creative in all aspects of her life. From yoga sequencing to her personal style, there is an underlying current of creativity that is foundational to who she is and what she is about. She loves to apply that in ways that are positively affecting people's lives. Thus, bringing a sense of wholeness and maybe some sunshine along the way to her clients through her company creativeAffect. She humbly holds space for those she works with in an impactful and restorative way.
Adrienne's love with all things movement and somatic based first started though her own pursuit of theatre and performance from a young age. She since went onto teach Ballroom Dance for over ten years now, going on to receive her DVIDA certification, as recognized by the National Dance Council of America. She has trained with some of the best coaches in the country, holding various dance titles across the national competition level. She moved to Los Angeles back in 2015, and shortly after, started incorporating yoga as part of her offerings once discovering the many correlations Ballroom Dance and Yoga carried. Aspects such as body awareness, alignment, and intentional movement to name a few! Adrienne received her RYT-600 and went onto receive her Master's in Yoga Therapy studies from Loyola Marymount University, along with her C-IAYT, Clinical Yoga Therapy Certificate and her Yoga Nidra Level 1 through iRest Institute. She is thrilled to be back in her hometown of Nashville offering her knowledge and trainings to those that come through her door.
She currently offers both Dance, Yoga, and Yoga Nidra in studio or on-site, as well as tele-health sessions for Yoga Nidra and Clinical Yoga Therapy sessions.
