Adrienne is the Owner and Principal Therapist at Yoga Therapy Geelong, a clinic specialising in mental health. She is a certified Yoga Therapist, Yoga Teacher and has completed Level 2 iRest Training. Adrienne holds regular iRest workshops and courses and is also available for one-on-one sessions. Adrienne is the resident Yoga Therapist at The Geelong Hospital, a private psychiatric hospital where she works with the Eating Disorders Program, Addictive Behaviours Program, PTSD Support Program, Trauma Recovery Group and the general patients.
