Anita Courtney

Anita Courtney is a Level 1 iRest teacher who has taught Kripalu yoga for 19 years. She teaches a Wednesday night yoga class in Lexington, KY that includes 45 minutes of gentle yoga postures and 30 minutes of iRest. Several times a year Anita teaches a 6-week iRest class series.
