Anne Michaud

Anne-Andal (Michaud) is a Certified iRest teacher and a Yoga teacher (Hatha Yoga; Restorative Yoga and Chair Yoga. She is based in Montréal, Québec and teaches during the winter months at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat, as a member of the staffT. Her Heartfelt Desire is to promote and facilitate the practice of iRest by French speakers, in Québec, France and other countries of the Francophonie. She has established the French terminology of the iRest practice for the IRI ( English/French Glossary of iRest terms; workbook, 35min Master Script ).
