I feel so lucky to have found the practice of iRest... I was overcome by feelings of shame, guilt, fear and doubt when I had a traumatic experience in 2015. Even though I've practiced yoga for 10 years and been teaching since 2012, I didn't have all the right tools to process these feelings and come back to my Self. I found an iRest training and trusted my intuition to dive right in - and I am so glad I did! I'm grateful for the experience I went through because it led me to this practice, and to being able to share it with others. I've seen how iRest can impact each person, no matter where they are in their personal journey. iRest meets you exactly where you are, just as you are in this moment, in a way that affirms our inherent wholeness and wellbeing. I am now a fully certified iRest teacher after completing the certification process in June of 2018. I've been leading group and individual iRest since November of 2015. I hope you join me soon!
