Ariel (she/her) is yoga and meditation teacher based online and in Roseville, CA. Ariel has been teaching gentle, restorative and yin yoga to small groups and private clients since 2018. In 2022 she began incorporating somatic therapy to her work and in 2023 she began offering iRest yoga nidra. Her focus is on trauma informed and accessible practices.
