By now a certified iRest teacher, I have experienced a journey through the labyrinth of life. There was a yearning to conquer my fear by striving to acquire more knowledge in order to  understand the human condition.
One day, on a flight back from Switzerland to America, something unexpected happened while reading “Yoga Nidra. A Meditative Practice for Deep Relaxation and Healing”.  A tension in my chest released itself while following a practice as suggested in the book. It freed my heart, body and breath. There was no concept nor a theory of mind.

Yes there is a “path” to freedom. It asks us for a persistent practice of self-inquiry with curiosity to all we are.

Deep relaxation increases well-being in order to discover the wholeness we have always been and guiding us to welcome all that we believe to be.

As iRest Yoga Nidra meditation leads us home, I am delighted to invite you to embark on this journey.
iRest Yoga Nidra is practiced in group settings or individually.

I speak English, German and Swiss German and feel delighted to offer iRest Yoga Nidra  meditation in the language that feels close to your heart.
