Cassandra grew up on the east coast of Australia, where she completed her Undergraduate Degree is Psychology, with Honors, and Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. She moved to California in August 2014, to immerse herself in the field of holistic healing.

Cassandra comes from a diverse background of experience, from research (in the areas of weight-loss, smoking cessation and high risk alcohol consumption in young people), to clinical work as a Psychologist in Australia across a range of acute and community mental health services, specializing in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Chronic disease, and spent significant time working in private practice, specializing in trauma, body image, and relationship counseling.

Cassandra combines her extensive postgraduate training in clinical psychology with her understanding of the somatic process. Informed further by iRest Yoga Nidra training, conscious movement and her own spiritual journey. Cassandra works to support clients to come into right relationship with the essence of who they already are, cultivate a respectful relationship with the body, unhook from their limited thinking and develop fulfilling relationships with those around them. This holistic and individualized approach supports clients on their road to recovery and the rediscovery of their innate wholeness.

Currently, Cassandra has a private coaching practice, offers private, community and group iRest Yoga Nidra classes, and works at a private drug and alcohol residential treatment center in Malibu.
