Working in Community and Health Services sector since 1979 and as a Vocational and Education Trainer last 25 years, and the last decade and more as a Counsellor in private practise. Yoga teaching for over 20 years. Introduced to iRest in 2014. Completed Level 1 & 2 in the same year. Using iRest in both personal and professional practise. Many thanks to Richard and his team for teaching me the gift of iRest
