Hello! I am a 17 year Veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, yoga instructor, good food advocate, organic urban farmer, husband & father. I am passionate about healthy living where I regularly teach about how to grow your own food, cooking, yoga & meditation. I love spending time with my children and guiding them through this difficult world. About 12 years ago I discovered yoga at the request of my physiotherapist due to the infantry life I was living and fell in love with the practice, but it was not until I became a yoga instructor that I started to understand the depth of eastern spiritual teachings.
