DeShan Foret

DeShan completed the iRest Level I in September 2015. She has been teaching yoga within the Sivananda tradition since 2007. She holds workshops on yoga, meditation, mindfulness, relaxation techniques and cultivating positive emotion. She offers private lessons on yoga and iRest yoga nidra.
