Ericka Merritt

I am a physical therapist, massage therapist, and yoga instructor located in San Francisco, CA. It have devoted my life to the study of yoga and my journey has brought me more and more into the internal practices. I am passionate about being a student of my body and teaching others self-care so we come to know ourselves better in all dimensions. It is my life's mission to leave a legacy of love. I my intention is to help my students breathe deeply, move freely, and live fully, to do their best work in this world. I have become greatly interested in sleep medicine! I believe that a good night's sleep is the key to living a life fully awake!
