Hi, I’m Faye! I am a meditation and performance coach that brings joy, kindness, and curiosity to the explorations of the heart and mind. My mission is to empower others to take risks while cultivating mindfulness, courage, and connection. I offer meditation and performance coaching programs to help individuals, groups, and teams to bring awareness to their experience so they can confidently navigate challenges, share their gifts, and cultivate connection. I work with all ages online or in-person.
