Gayle is a clinical social worker and has been offering counseling for many years with a holistic focus, attending to the mind, body and spirit as she supports clients in their growth and development. Gayle sees her role as a facilitator assisting others to access the wisdom within. She is also a registered yoga teacher and teaches a couple hatha yoga classes per week with particular emphasis on stress management. Gayle has completed her Level III certification. It is her intention to share with others the resources for meditation, healing and growth that irest yoga nidra offers. It brings great joy to share the benefits of mindfulness, deep contemplation and resorative practices for the body that are part of this practice. Gayle offers a monthly yoga nidra practice on Sunday evening, and an 8 week group class in which the yoga nidra practice can be explored more deeply. Individual sessions are also available.
