Heather Eschuk

Heather is certified in Classical Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Therapy and a Certified iRest® Instructor. She is a yoga educator who teaches from her, "own genuine experience". Yoga has had a profound effect on Heather's health and well-being. Helping her gain control of several auto immune and chronic conditions she had been suffering with since childhood. She aspires to educate people in building happy, healthy, and harmonious relationships that positively influence their lives and ultimately the world.

Heather enjoys tea, swimming, snowboarding and being surrounded by mountains, trees, and the beach.
