As a Certified iRest Teacher and Clinical Psychologist, my desire is to help those who would like to improve their well-being and move beyond the traumas they have experienced that contribute to anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship difficulties.  There are various treatment modalities that I have specialized training in: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and EMDR Therapy.
