I am filled with gratitude for the practice of IRest. Through this practice, I have come to new understandings about myself and how I experience the world. As a yoga teacher, I experience no greater joy than to share a new view with my students- a new awareness of deep well-being; a new way of being with body, mind, and heart; a new perspective about this mystery of life that we travel together.
