Native Tucsonan Julie Williams has been studying and practicing yoga since 2003. Her practice began under Bonnie Kuykendall, and in 2009, she trained with Priscilla Potter (Swami-Mahatarananda), E-RYT 500, at the Yoga Connection, where she continues to teach and mentor teachers in training. Julie is an iRest® Teacher-In-Training Level I with Richard Miller. In 2012, she completed the 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training at the Yoga Connection, and in 2014, she completed the Yin Yoga Chakras and Meridian Teacher Training with Joe Barnett. Julie’s passion for yoga has led her to Santosha, an intimate and welcoming studio.
The mission of Santosha Yoga & Meditation is to share and guide in the practice of yoga, helping to bring a sense of ease, joy, and well-being in body and mind. A yoga studio where you can come and be just as you are.
