After practicing IRest for several years, I became a passionate believer of the benefits it provides. Experiencing first hand the healing of many PTSD issues through my practice, I knew this is something I want to be a part of sharing with the larger community. The power of the practice has been life changing for me, allowing me to experience first hand the peace and calm that can be attained through IRest. Whether it be with children, students, elderly or corporations, my passion is in sharing this practice knowing the benefits are expansive for anyone in any situation.
