Katie is a Level 1 iRest Yoga Nidra teacher-in-training and a certified Forrest Yoga teacher who specialises in supporting others find greater balance and wellbeing in their lives.

Katie has been teaching yoga for the past two years and practicing the discipline personally for the past seven. She came to yoga in her late twenties and found that her regular practice supported her through several challenging personal circumstances. It was this experience that inspired Katie to study the discipline in more depth and ultimately to become a teacher.

Katie’s classes focus on listening deeply to what our bodies need and finding ease in movement – skills that we can apply daily to help us find more balance and contentment in life. Her students often comment on her gentle and calm nature, and find the sense of peace and harmony that she brings a tonic in the busy world.

Katie is fully insured by Yoga Alliance UK and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200).
