I have been an occupational therapist at the VA for over 21 years. For almost 15 years, I’ve incorporated learning and practicing yoga into my daily life. I’ve taught yoga since 2016. I teach and educate at local gyms, hospitals, behavioral health centers, businesses and various resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico. I’ve presented at various institutions, such coaching pre-teenage girls about empowerment. I have completed certifications in Ayurvedic Yoga,Mindfulness meditation, Integrative Restoration and Warrior at Ease. My joy in life is to generate a sense of mental and physical wellbeing for whose I meet.
