Lilian Beck

Lilian is a Level 2 iRest Teacher and yoga instructor in Columbus, Ohio. She has worked with adults of all ages, teenagers, people in recovery from substance dependancy and people with developmental disabilities. She began teaching yoga in parks in Columbus and now teaches at a variety of community locations. Lilian's classes support yoga and meditation practices that are community-centered, accessible, and adaptable. Lilian's hope and goal is to meet everyone exactly where they are and find a way to connect with love, freedom, and joy.
