Counsellor Trauma-aware and Person-centred using Somatic Therapies to bring the body and the mind into the counselling process. 

With a special interest in trauma, I enjoy working with a range of individuals navigating life’s challenges who would like to open up to new and authentic ways of feeling, thinking and acting.

I work with adults and older adolescents and respect all sexualities, genders and relationship styles.  I offer a neurodiverse affirming environment and endeavor to practice cultural humility.
