Marlies Krups

Creative soul, Marlies enjoys all creative things in life. She came to IRest and Yoga Nidra through personal history of chronic pain. Grateful for her journey to healing and the learnings the pain has given her, she has found immense healing and support with IRest. She had the honour to do her training with Fuyuko Toyota, Sydney 2018. Being in Australia for 20 years with her family of 7, she now is a student of Positive Psychology and a credited Pilates Teacher. Her journey as a business owner (Fairyland, Beadstudio, M Jewellery) allowed her to combine her business skills with her creativity.
