Mayra Hurtado

Born and raised in Mexico, Mayra has lived and worked in Asia since 2008. Being part of the corporate world, Mayra is interested in utilizing the tools from iRest to live an emotionally balanced and fulfilling life which will enable us to build connections with those around us and cope with stress in our day to day life. Mayra, has also studied and trained in both business and yoga in the US, France, Asía and Australia. Mayra is in the process of certification after having completed iRest Level 1 and 2 in 2019. She also holds a 200hrs YTT and 50 hrs Areal Yoga TT in Thailand. Mayra has also participated in Baptiste Institute Level 1 training and Gong Level 1 training at Hong Kong based Red Door Studio. In addition, Mayra holds a Master in Business Administration from Nanyang Tech in Singapore.
