Hi - I'm Monique. I am German by birth and live in the USA. Immediately after our emigration 2014, I found a new home on my yoga mat. Whenever I needed to ground myself, I came here. I am an alternative practitioner for psychotherapy and a systemic coach. For many years I have been working globally as a leadership coach, especially for ex-pats in the USA. I have always worked holistically, but since I discovered yoga therapy for myself, I have integrated all the tools I learned while training as a yoga therapist into my coaching. IRest is an essential tool and helps exceptional leaders and people achieve their goals. I help online worldwide in German or English.
