Nikki Knighton

I am an Occupational Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Lymphoedema Therapist working with chronic heath conditions including Pain and Lymphoedema from regional Victoria in southern Australia.

What I love about being an Occupational Therapist is discovering what lights people up, their inner spark, the unique and special parts of who they are. This is at the core of what I do when I’m working with people and their experience of pain. My OT practice is constantly evolving as I learn from my personal experience and each person I work with. I consider developing inner knowing and self-worth as key ingredients to living your best possible life.
