Phoebe Nir was first introduced to meditation through Brown University's Contemplative Studies department. Mindfulness practice and yoga asana soon became the foundation of her life as she navigated through depression, anxiety, and an eating disorder. Through years of practicing iRest Yoga Nidra, she has become increasingly connected to the source of limitless okay-ness and inner peace that is available to all of us. Phoebe has been a certified 200-hour YA yoga instructor since 2012, and her greatest joy is sharing these practices with others!
