In 2007, Rebecca was introduced to Yoga Nidra through Seattle's Yoga Tree and Senior iRest Traininer, Jennifer Cabanero. She has been practicing and studying iRest ever since. Rebecca's practice has deepened over the past few years through using iREST to welcome and feel grounded while working with challenging anxiety and personal loss of loved ones. Having established this sense of ground and equanimity through application of iREST protocols, Rebecca is inspired to teach others iREST meditation to apply in their daily lives.
