Rieko Umemura, Japanese native is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, professional member of Australasian Association of Ayurveda, Yoga Teacher and iRest® Level 1 Teacher based in Adelaide, South Australia. At her Ayurvedic clinic called Harmony Within Ayurveda & Yoga, Rieko offers one-on-one Ayurvedic consultation, rejuvenation and purification therapies, personalized Ayurvedic informed yoga practice and iRest Yoga Nidra® classes. Her heartfelt desire is to offer Ayurveda & iRest workshop to people in the community for their holistic healing.
