Qualified as a Yoga Teacher in 2014 after completing a 500 hour YTTC at The Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales. This course offered an excellent foundation in Yoga teaching and covered Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and study of texts. I work as a Yoga teacher in Lancashire, UK.
I addition to Yoga, I also work as a musician offering participatory music experiences and mainly focus on working with adults with neurological conditions.
