She specializes in supporting individuals to live their heart's purpose, through life transitions, sickness and challenges, back into wellness and ease. She is the founder of Zigizen - Live your heart's purpose, and the creator of Sankalpa®. Sigal is a popular teacher and a faculty member in diverse academic, holistic, academic and other organizations, including Temple University, Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, and Integral Yoga. She has a TED Talk and she was featured on CBS Sunday Morning News and has been a guest on several National Public Radio talk shows. Sigal is insightful, humorous, and a skilled facilitator who brings a deep understanding of people and delights in serving their needs. She holds two Master degrees. She has written for a variety of publications including the Journal of Counseling and Development, and the Journal of Loss and Trauma on such issues as creating community in the workplace and difficulties in students' adjustment in the transition into college. She is also a musician who has recorded a number of records.
