Sarah O'connell

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Washington, DC. I work at a non-profit social service agency, where I provide i-rest to groups at a day program for homeless individuals, many of whom have severe and persistent mental health concerns. I additionally meet with individuals who are formerly homeless at their homes and provide psychotherapy services, which allow me to incorporate elements of i-rest.
