Sarah York

Sarah York 200 RYT teaches yoga and meditation in the Philadelphia Metro area and is currently working towards a 300 hour certification with Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts. Sarah is an iRest Level 1 Teacher in training with a focus on the general population as well as children and adolescents. She also has a degree in k-12 Art Education and is passionate about bringing Integrative Restoration to younger populations.
