As a mental health psychologist I help career driven women overcome trauma and emotional disconnection so they can experience more joy & well-being in their personal life. I do this via my online platform called House of Awareness. I started this after I went through a big change in my own life. Being aware and observing the feelings I was experiencing during this difficult time helped me to make healthy choices to deal with the stress. During this time I discovered Yoga Nidra; and I was hooked! I was already teaching mindfulness and I started to tell patients about Yoga Nidra and combine this with trauma therapy. And I was amazed by the results! People who tried to suppress emotions for years started to feel again without fear!
