Shari Harding is a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) in Massachusetts.  She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.  She is most interested in applying her iRest Level 1 knowledge in group formats.  Her interests include the intersection of mental and physical wellness, health promotion, and integrated care.  She has a part-time clinical practice in an integrated care setting and is an associate professor of nursing and psychiatry at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School.
