Sheila Fox

Sheila currently teaches online through her Notable Healing podcasts which will soon be available on major podcast platforms.  She provides iRest dyad sessions via Zoom or Google Meet. She completed iRest certification in 2014.  In her healing practice she integrates Acutonics, a Sound Therapy System that utilizes tuning forks on acupuncture points, chimes and bowls. Sheila is certified with Capacitar International, an organization addressing global trauma through popular education self healing practices.  Sheila enjoys performing music and composing as well as being a grandmother, mother and wife. Spending time in nature, talking to birds, insects, trees, lizards, water and wind are a regular part of her life.
