Hi,

I'm Sherry. 

I am a Registered Social Work, BSW in Saskatchewan, Canada. I am interested in assisting individuals or groups who may want to explore their journey a calm, supportive environment. 

I have worked in the policing environment for almost 30 years and I am married to a First Responder.  I am especially interested in continuing to work and learn about trauma, having started my career with victims of crime and traumatic events.  I am a member in good standing having successfully competed the 300 hour Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Certified Faciliator (TCTSY-F) course from the Boston Center for Trauma & Embodiment (JRI), as well as a Yoga Alliance 500 hr teacher (RYT500).  I am presently working with First Responders and survivors who may have acquired some form of Operational Stress Injury (OSI).
