Susan Tiffany

After a fulfilling career, founding, directing and teaching at Easton Montessori School for over 20 years, Susan went on to complete her RYT200 training at Kripalu, as well as trainings and certifications in trauma-sensitive yoga, Reiki, aerial yoga, yoga & meditation for abuse and trauma, and Level 1 iRest . Susan continues to pursue education in yoga and the healing arts and is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers have shared with her.

Whether called to serve an individual, group or institution, Susan utilizes the transformational practice of iRest to support herself and others in moving beyond self-limiting beliefs and conditioning to recognize, experience and ultimately, to rest in and as the presence and peace of Being itself, regardless of life's circumstances.
